Mango Sticky Rice
A creamy Thai-inspired dessert made with sweet coconut sticky rice and fresh ripe mango slices.

Mango sticky rice is a classic Thai-inspired dessert that pairs fragrant coconut-infused sticky rice with sweet, juicy mango. The warm, creamy rice contrasts beautifully with cool fresh mango slices, creating a dessert that is simple yet satisfying. It is ideal for summer gatherings, family meals or whenever ripe mangoes are in season. For the best texture, use glutinous rice and soak it before cooking. Choose fully ripe mangoes that are fragrant and slightly soft, and serve the dessert while the rice is still slightly warm.
