Guava Coconut Popsicles
Creamy tropical popsicles made with ripe guava, coconut milk, honey and a splash of lime.

Guava coconut popsicles are a refreshing frozen treat that combines the fragrant sweetness of ripe guava with smooth coconut milk. A little lime juice brightens the tropical flavor, while honey adds gentle sweetness without overpowering the fruit. These popsicles are perfect for hot afternoons, summer gatherings or as a simple make-ahead dessert. For the smoothest texture, blend the guava thoroughly and strain the puree to remove the hard seeds before mixing it with the coconut milk. Freeze the popsicles until completely firm before unmolding and serving.
