Blueberry Lemon Muffins
Soft and fluffy muffins packed with juicy blueberries and bright fresh lemon flavor.

Blueberry lemon muffins are a soft, fruity baked treat combining sweet blueberries with the fresh citrus flavor of lemon. They are perfect for breakfast, brunch, afternoon snacks or as a simple homemade dessert. Fresh blueberries burst as the muffins bake, creating pockets of juicy flavor throughout the tender crumb. Lemon zest adds brightness without overpowering the berries. For the best results, gently fold the blueberries into the batter to avoid crushing them and do not overmix, as this helps keep the muffins light and fluffy.
