Acerola Cherry Lemonade
A bright and refreshing tropical lemonade made with tangy acerola cherries, fresh lemon juice and a touch of honey.

Acerola cherry lemonade is a refreshing tropical drink that balances the naturally tart flavor of acerola with fresh lemon juice and gentle sweetness. Also known as Barbados cherry or West Indian cherry, acerola gives this lemonade a vibrant fruity character that makes it ideal for hot afternoons, brunches or summer gatherings. For the best flavor, use ripe red acerola cherries and strain the blended mixture to remove seeds and excess pulp. Adjust the honey according to the natural sweetness of the fruit and serve the lemonade well chilled over ice.
