Abiu Coconut Pudding
A smooth tropical dessert made with ripe abiu fruit, creamy coconut milk and a hint of vanilla.

Abiu coconut pudding is a creamy tropical dessert that highlights the naturally sweet and custard-like texture of ripe abiu fruit. Its delicate caramel and vanilla-like flavor pairs especially well with rich coconut milk, creating a light yet satisfying dessert. This pudding is ideal for warm-weather gatherings, family meals or whenever you want to try abiu in a different way. For the best result, use fully ripe yellow abiu fruits and scoop only the soft inner pulp, avoiding the latex close to the skin. Chill the pudding thoroughly before serving so the texture becomes smooth and refreshing.
